Shalonda Hill is a serial entrepreneur that has more than 20 years of experience in business. After many trials and tribulations, including her own felony convictions, Shalonda successfully launched businesses in several industries. She's an NPPES NPI authorized community health worker providing services and support to women who experience alopecia and other conditions that may cause hair loss. Shalonda understands the limitations and disenfranchisement that people with convictions face and she is committed to transforming the lives of returned citizens, one program at a time.

Essence Hoston is a trailblazer and grassroots organizer with a passion for social justice. Witnessing the challenges and prejudices faced by her loved ones fueled her commitment to creating positive change for people with felony convictions. A member of the National Association of Blacks in Criminal Justice (NABCJ), Essence actively engages in projects that address systemic issues. She is a student at Bethune-Cookman University earning a bachelor's degree in forensic science and criminology. Essence spends her free time studying, organizing, and practicing photography.
